We are a pet-friendly brand, welcoming both dogs and cats in several of our units, so you don’t have to leave your four-legged companion behind.
Pet-friendly units
General Conditions
Daily fee per pet:
- 10€ at WOT Ericeira Lodge Soul
- 15€ on the other WOT Soul units
- (For stays of 1 month or longer, only a fixed fee of €200 per month applies)
- Vaccination records may be requested at check-in.
- Pets are allowed to roam the property on a leash at all times, except in specific areas such as kitchens, dining rooms, the pool, breakfast rooms, and indoor bars.
- A maximum of 2 pets per room/apartment is allowed (subject to approval).
- Maximum capacity of 8 pets per property (or 4 in specific units, such as WOT Sintra Ocean Soul).
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Complimentary items available at the reception:
- Pet bed or mat
- Waste bag
- Portable water bowl
Deposits and damages:
- For stays of 1 month or longer, a deposit of €200 is required.
- In case of damages, a fee will be applied according to the established price list (e.g., damaged bed, €300; damaged mattress, €250).
